Thank you for shopping at Alaskacube US. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination address.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active as soon as it's first scanned by the carrier.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Canada but no other countries outside the United States.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Alaska Cube US is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Alaska Cube US is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
